About this notice

OUTTHEMIX Holdings Inc. operates this website. This notice describes how the business handles information through its website, welcome-pack signup, digital purchases, download access and support. It does not cover the independent practices of music-streaming services or other websites you choose to visit.

Information we handle

• Signup details: the email address or US mobile number you provide, your selected communication channel and your marketing consent.
• Purchases and delivery: your checkout email, order/payment identifiers, payment and refund status, access-link records and email-delivery status. Stripe handles payment details; the OUTTHEMIX download application does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
• Support: information you choose to include in a message, such as your purchase email, receipt number and the problem you need help with. Please do not send card details, passwords or private download links.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, requested pages and service events used for hosting, security, troubleshooting and advertising measurement. Download recovery uses protected email/IP-derived identifiers to limit abuse.

How information is used

We use information to deliver requested updates, process purchases, provide and recover downloads, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, measure website and advertising activity, and maintain transaction records. Marketing signup is separate from buying. Payment receipts and order/download messages are transactional communications, not newsletter enrollment.

We do not publish your email address or phone number in the catalog or artist metadata.

Services that help operate the site

Information is shared with providers as needed for the functions below. Their own policies explain how they handle information in their respective roles.

• Laylo: email/SMS subscriptions and artist updates. Laylo privacy policy.
• Stripe: checkout, payment processing, receipts and refunds. Stripe privacy policy.
• Postmark: transactional purchase and recovery emails. Postmark privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, security and private storage used for download access. Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Meta: advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Meta privacy policy.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights, investigate fraud or enforce purchase-access restrictions.

Advertising, cookies and similar technology

The production site uses Meta Pixel and server-side conversion measurement for website, signup and purchase events. This can involve page/activity information, IP address, browser information and hashed contact information used for matching. Hashing is a protective transformation; it does not make information anonymous.

Our site and linked service providers may use cookies or similar technology. Browser cookie controls and Meta’s settings can help manage tracking, but blocking browser cookies alone does not necessarily stop server-side events. Sharing for advertising measurement may be treated as “sharing,” “sale” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws.

How long information is kept

We retain records to operate subscriptions, support purchases and recovery, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and provider. Unsubscribing stops the applicable marketing channel; it does not automatically erase receipts, suppression records or purchase-access records.

Private download links expire after 48 hours, but purchase and access records are not automatically deleted when a link expires. The current download system retains its purchase ledger until it is deliberately deleted. To ask about deletion or the information retained for your order, contact info@outthemix.net.

Your choices and privacy requests

• Email updates: use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact support.
• SMS updates: reply STOP to opt out. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
• Access, correction or deletion: email info@outthemix.net with your request and the email or number you used. We may need to verify that you are the account or purchase holder without requesting full card details.
• Other rights: depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to a copy of your data, portability, restrictions or objections, advertising opt-outs, withdrawal of consent, appeal or a complaint to a regulator. Tell us the request you would like us to review.

Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution or to honor an opt-out. If a request cannot be fully fulfilled, we will explain the reason.

Security, children and international processing

We use restricted access and private download links to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your purchase links private.

This site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact info@outthemix.net so it can be reviewed.

Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Applicable protections and rights depend on your location and the provider’s role.
